| Kenkai10-22-03, 10:33 PM | I was reading the epic progression for dualists and it reccommended two-weapon fighting. In sword and fist 3.0 (the one i have) it says that they can only use their precise strike when attacking with only one weapon. Has this changed? Thx :) |
| Donnavin Snowolf10-23-03, 12:15 AM | I don't know. A class called the Dualist sounds like it focuses on dual weilding. Now the Duelist on the other hand... can still only attack with one weapon when using precise strike, as per the SRD When making a precise strike, a duelist cannot attack with a weapon in her other hand or use a shield. |
| Kenkai10-23-03, 12:22 AM | thx thats what imeant =P thats one of their main skills, why would the epic progression reccommend two-weapon fighting |
| Lotus Crane10-23-03, 02:09 AM | I'm not sure; maybe the original TWF suggestion was for the 3.0 Duelist found in Sword and Fist, and they wrote out an epic progression before the PrC was changed in 3.5? |
| AlteredEgo10-23-03, 02:12 AM | Lotuscrane>> Nope, the 3.0 Duelist states the same thing. It's simply because someone wasn't thinking when they wrote the bonus feats. |
| Lotus Crane10-23-03, 10:05 AM | Ah, idiocy and a lack of proofreading. Well then, that explains everything wrong in D&D, doesn't it? ^_~ |
