yall think it owuld be better to just take 20 levels of ninja, or take a break to get 4 levles of monk and nab ascetic stalker, or just one level of monk to get rapid strikes with monk weapons. or maybe the monk fighter thing, i dont need maximization idas, and i know how the class works, just wondering what yall think would be optimal.

Depends. If you're wanting a little more fire-power, a few levels of monk is pretty sweet: FoB's + Ghost Step + SS damage = a lot of pain for your enemy.

However, if you're wanting more of a silent intruder, as good as the monk is at skulking...you're better served staying ninja. Greater Ki Dodge is pretty gnarly, as is the capstone 20th level ability.

One word of caution, however, if you are going to multi-class between the two try and do it at levels 5 or 9, as you won't suffer any additional penalty to your BAB.

If you can, look at the Swordsage class in Tome of Battle, specifically the Shadowhand discipline.

A better ninja, there is not :D

You're not half-wrong in that one, mate. I think it will depend upon whether or not the O.P.'s DM allows ToB material, and whether or not he's down with the Ssage flavor and/or up to tweeking it a bit to make it fit his concept.
