can I have both a familar and an homonculus? [Archive] - Wizards Community

Is it possible for a sorcerer or a wizard to have both or is an homoculus considered a familiar?

05-12-06, 09:17 PM A homoculus is a construct you make. It is not your familiar unless you take it as one through Improved Familiar (if your DM allows that- a very thematic creature for that though). You can have both.
