It is different when using unarm strike or fight with unarm attack? (Gauntlet) ?

I use 3.0 right now

Many thanks

No. I don't have a source handy, but this has been answered many times.

Both the TWF/Flurry issue and the gauntlet issue have been clarified in the 3.0 main FAQ (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/MainFAQv06272003.zip).

In short, no combining Flurry/TWF and gauntlets are basically useless for monks.

Many thanks :)

would like to ask 1 more question

can fighter perform full attack and use dirty fight to deal extra 1d4 damage? since dirty fight need full attack action, me and my friends are confused.

To my understanding, It means i can only add dirty fight damage only when perform full attack action, so i can dirty fight with full attack, is it right?

Many thanks again

Actually If you use dirty fighting as a full round action you only make a single attack and add the bonus damage from the feat to the normal damage you deal. You do not get multiple attacks when using dirty fighting. sorry.

that means Lightning Fists also can have 3 attack only?

cus Lightning Fists also require the full attack action.

What book is "Lightning Fists" from? I have not read it and so can't be sure, but if it is a full round action my guess would be that the answer is yes, 3 attacks only. If you could give me the verbatim text I could be more exact in my answer.

Lightning Fists (from Sword and Fist) is used in conjunction with a Full Attack, and does not replace it.

From Sword and Fist, which is 3e compatible.

For 3.5e, the feat is moot, now that monk can gain 2 extra attacks at 11th level, and penalty no longer apply.

Thanks all

to mean_liar:

In sword and fist. Lightning Fists and dirty fighting have the same description

"It require full round action" so i just confused why Lightning Fists can get 2 extra attack in full attack; but dirty fight cant have extra 1d4 damage in full attack.

Many thanks =)

Since lightning fists requires a full round action then mean_liar is incorrect. It would be used instead of a normal full attack, not in conjunction.
