I'm just wondering what "Psionic Focus in two psionic disciplines" consists of? It says to be able to use 4th level powers in 3 different disciplines, so I'm wondering if just taking Expanded Knowledge feat twice would accomplish this? Or if you are supposed to take levels in a second discipline, do you have to start off at level 1 of that discipline? Because that sets your power selection pretty low. Thanks for any help.

I'm not really excited about Epic Psion. It's generally been avoided; since there's no "generalist" psion, it's hard to make a "general" arch psion. One of the Untapped Potential PrCs is based around that idea, but it's aimed at the kineticist discipline. The Psionics forum may have an adaptation; I normally know nearly everything that happens there, but the arch psion never interested me (I have a documented dislike of what I call "the psionic X", which is taking something else (here, archmage) and reprinting it... but psionic! ...IN SPAAAAAACE! .... or whatever. It's still a reprint, not designed with the fluff or mechanics of psionics in mind) and I may have skimmed it.
