Well, without violating the CoC, I can give you a basic rundown.

Scouts have Ranger-level hit dice and Rogue-level skills, but lack important skills like UMD and all of the Social skills. Their extra damage is based off of 10' movement (which doesn't work anymore while mounted  ), and doesn't require flanking/flat footed opponents, and can be used with a ranged weapon. They get a bonus feat every 4 levels from a specific (somewhat limited) list, and a few nifty abilities like Blindsense and Hide in Plain Sight. At the upper levels they also get Blindsight and a permanent Freedom of Movement.

Unless you're dipping for a specific reason, a pure Scout20 is actually quite good at being, well, the ultimate Scout for any party. It's usually recommended to take up Ranged combat, as the feat Greater Manyshot (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#greaterManyshot) (which is a General, not Psionic Feat), lets you shoot multiple arrows all packing Skirmish damage at one or multiple opponents. The Scout is really well designed, and IMO one of the better classes not to multi-class out of.

Yea thats what I think too. Its just I dont have the book here with me. But its for an interesting character I'm making. I have the chance to start off at lv2, so im making a lv1 scout lv 1 psychic warrior. I'll keep going psi untill I can multiclass again into an Elocater. Focuses on dual katars, personal speed, and speed oriented powers. One of the wonders of the human race, free range multiclassing. Ahh how I love it.

Anyways thanks for the run down man
