Is there a feat or domain which grants clerics or similar the ability to turn evil outsiders as they would undead? I'm thinking demons or devils here.

Hmm...

I've never seen a feat or domain that would let you do this, but I'm pretty sure there's a PrC in CW that can turn outsiders.... I don't have the book on hand, and I can't remember the name of the class, let alone whether it's a good one for clerics...

There's a prestige class called Knight of the Chalice in the Complete Warrior. But it only works against demons.

There is an epic feat, planar turning, which allows you to turn outsiders like undead.

Well, in the book of exalted deeds, the apostle of peace lets you turn devils and demons as a class feature. it is along side the turn undead, so it foesnt take up that ability.

also, planar turning allows you to rebuke outsiders of the same alignment you are. If you are good, you rebuke good outsiders and turn evil outsiders, and if you are evil you turn good outsiders and rebuke evil ones.
