Ok, so, long story short, I was inspired to make a Celestial version of the Dragon Shaman/Elemental Savant idea. This class aims to make the chracter a Half Celestial. I came up with the features and such, and plan on adding the more backgroundish stuff when this is sorted. Input, advice, oganization is all appreciated (that's why I'm posting it, right?).

And definitions of the features:

* Caster Level=Class level, Saves are Charsima Based, 1/day except where noted

Least Celestialness: Darkvision to 30 ft., Damage reduction 2/magic, +2 int. +2 wis.

Lesser Celestialness: Resistance to Acid-5/cold-5/electricity-5 Damage Reduction 5/magic, +2 Dex,

Greater Celestialness: Darkvision to 60 ft., DR 7/magic, +2 str., +2 wis, +2 cha, Wings(stage 1)

Wings:
Stage 1: At level 12, a celestial servants wings are granted them. The process through which they sprout is gruesome and painful. At sundown of the day they advance to level 8, the Celestial Servants back begins to be sore. By midnight, they are rendered helpless, due to the intense pain and convulsions. From this time to sunrise(6 hours), they are helpless, and take 1d2 points of constitution damage per hour (the +2 from acheiving lesser celestaility is taken into account here). However, during the night, they count as being within a circle of protection against alginment:evil, as eny evil creature is repules by such a holy event. As the sun rises over the horizon, the Celestial Servants wings burst from their back, covored in blood and gore. They are unusable until they are cleaned. Once cleaned, they grant a fly speed equal to the base creatures base land speed(good maneuverability).
Stage 2: Upon reaching level 16, a Celestial Servant's wngs have matured and grown. Their fly speed increases to twice their base land speed(good maneuverability).

Skills:
Skills: (8+int. mod.)x4 at first level. *+int. mod. every level thereafter.
Class Skills: Craft(int), Decipher script(int), Heal(wis), Knowledge arcana (int)Knowledge the planes (int), Listen(wis), Search(int), Sense motive(wis), Speak language(none), spot(wis)

How is it so far? If it's too much, I may tone down the resitances/reductions, and perhaps the ability score bonuses.

I'd say Smite Evil at will as low as you have it is a tad much, try x/day, increasing as you come up. The wings at level 8, also much. Why no natural armor until level 10? I'd move that down to 3 or 4 and move everything above it up.

Have you seen the Raptorans in Races of the Wild (one of the races books, anyway). Their gliding to flying progression might be appropriate here.

I made those changes, moving flight capabilities up one celestialness level. Also, spread out Smite Evil. Some other things I wasn't sure about: The ability modifiers; too much?, most of the spell-like abilities; I have little aquantance with these, so I am not sure on how or where they should be placed. Thanks for the input mongoose :)

You spelled 'acquaintance" wrong. Other than that, I have to point out that True Ressurection as a spell-like ability once per day could easily be broken... So perhaps some sort of ritual should be required when using it.
