Hi

Is there anyway to get either my cha or Wis modifiers to help my hit rolls,
I am building a character for an epic game and one of my friends is a wizard who is using his int modifier instead of his strenght to hit things I was wanting to do the same for my two highest stats.

Thanks in advance for any help

Jup, Zen-Archery (Complete Warrior) allows you to add your wisdom, instead of your dexterity to ranged attacks, your character should qualify for it without problem, since it only requires a bit of wisdom and BAB+1.
It makes sense anyway, how much dexterity do you need to open the hand that holds the arrow? - So, you could also call it "Sharp-eye-shooting", or something, if you don't want OA-flair.

There is also a feat called Charming the Arrow that lets you use your Charisma instead of Dexterity to hit with ranged weapons.

There is another feat called Intutive Strike that lets you use your Wisdom instead of Strength to hit with simple weapons.

Intutive Strike is from Book of Excalted feats, but your character must be a good character for it is an excalted feat.

Charming the Arrow is found in the Fey Features articles on the WotC site.

You must be of the Fey-type to take this feat.

I still find the cha to hit feat kinda wonky. I guess if you are fey though you probably have a hefty LA anyway though.

Well, it is a bit hoaky. How does Charisma help you hit something? Are you going to impress the arrow, or intimidate it? Unless it was some sort of magic instilled in the arror, it just seems like a huge stretch.
Zen Archer? I can see the insight bonus to striking.

I think you'll find this thread most useful: X stat to Y bonus (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=320889)
