It's called psionics and a bit of imagination.

Barring that, play a swordsage.

Between psionics and the Tome of Battle, you do not need a new class for this. You just need some imagination.

04-25-07, 04:05 AM Take a psychic warrior, remove the armor, change the weapons up, maybe give them ninja (CA) weapons, give her the wis insight bonus to ac, and a +1 ac every 4 or 5 levels

Replace her psionic progression with that of the wilder (the people in the show useually diddnt have too many powers to be honest, heck a bunch just had 1)

Give 6+ int skill points and ninja skill selection.

disallow powers that dont "feel" right

sometimes you dont have to concoct odd new rules and abilities to mimic the show

04-25-07, 06:19 PM I was actually referring to this Shinobi (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=356723) class which is based off naruto rather than replicating it with PP, though for what he wants the PP builds might be better

Edit: Actually that class uses chakra and is a very well made class, I think it does exactly what the OP wanted.
