Dear Friends,

i'm a champion of Gwynharwyf from Book of Exalted deeds and to qualify to become a C.o.G.
i have taken this feats: Knight of Stars and Righteous Wrath.
In the description of Righteous Wrath while raging, you maintain clarity of mind and you are
perfectly able to deal nonlethal damage, stop your attacks to show mercy, and distinguish friend
from foe even in the of your rage. (These disavantages are present in the Frenzy description no
in the rage description).
Moreover, I have reached 4th in the prestige class and so i have got the advantage
of Fearsome Fury that shake my foes while i rage.
Now, I want become a frienzed beserker and i have two questions for you.
1) With the Righteous Wrath, while i'm in rage and also i'm in frienzy, the negative aspects of
frienzy (attack the nearest creature, also if a member of my party etc...) are nullify????
What's up if i'm frienzed and in rage (with Righteous Wrath feat) and all my enemies are dead?

2)Fearsome Fury or also Righteous Wrath, that have a very similar description of Intimidating
Rage, count as feat to qualify as frienzed beserker?

thanks a lot

If I were your DM, I would grant you the ability to refrain from attacking your friends after your enemies were dead, even while frenzying, due to the Righteous Wrath feat. However, you'd still have to take the appropriate prerequisite feats in order to take levels in the two Prestige Classes.

It was definitively ruled that Frenzy is NOT Rage. The Champion ability is, in effect, nothing more then flavor text, since you have complete control of who you attack in a Rage, anyways.

So, no, Champion/Frenzy won't work, and as soon as you attack an innocent or friend, POOF to your exalted status. It's not a wise idea to try and combine the two.
