raumathari battlemage can use channel spell aT FREE ACTION
but now in 3.5:
-feat, arcane strike is swift
-battlecast in a swift (havok mage)
-quickcast is swift
-daggercast is a swift (daggersepell)

now channel spell of raumathari....
is a free action or swift?
