| dman1123510-23-07, 05:57 PM | It's probably not worth it, but I can't be sure. The whole point of the duskblade class is the arcane channeling, and if you don't get enough levels, yeah. You see, I have never played a druid or a duskblade (or a wizard for that matter), so i can't be sure. If you're fine with one attack a round with arcane channeling, then go for it. Really I see the Arcane Heirophant as a way to get as many spells per day as possible, and the goal for most, if not all, caster combining PrCs is to get as high a spell level as possible in both classes. That way, you can combine the powers and benifit from both lists. Also, the duskblade spell list is kind of centered around melee fighting and arcane channeling. |
| 3lv3s_R_43vr10-23-07, 06:23 PM | Thats the point. Arcane=Combat. Devine=Protection. Animal Companion=Protection and roleplaying outs. Wild Shape=Combat. Your not the best at everything, as you are trying to specialize in two different types of magic. But your combat ready, with your trusty animal companion, and are ready to defend the forest and all her blessings she bestows. I was thinking: Eschew Materials Natural Spell Practiced Spellcaster Maybe some WildShape feats Arcane Strike Combat Casting Any more thoughts, suggestions? |
