Marshal if you like a battlefield leader

Mystic is a spontantious casting "cleric" who worships nobody. They use CHA and WIS

Warmage uses CHA for spell DC's and INT for increased dmg

Hexblade is heavy into CHA using it both for spells AND for the hexblade curse

Aristocrat could probably benefit heavily I suppose :)

Atrificer needs high CHA for the UMD skill

Those are a few off the top of my head.
