Charismatic Swashbuckler [Archive] - Wizards Community

A few years ago I had read an article on wizards website about a swashbuckler class or prestige class that would use its Charisma to bluff the opponent and seem more potent.

I do not remember the name of the class nor the date of the article, so if somebody does, please help my poor memory...

It's a two level dip only. especially since the rules for it's SLA's and capstone ability are stupidly vague and incomplete.
