I won't put a flavor text as english is a foreign language to (for?) me and is a headache to write in it.

Hit dice: d4

Prerequisites:
Skills: bluff 8 ranks, diplomacy 8 ranks, sense motive 8 ranks
Feats: negotiator
Spells: caster level 5th

Skills
I think that all charisma-based skills, plus cocnentration, knowledge (arcana, nature, religion), spellcraft (spellcasting class) plus profession and craft (basical skills) should be good enoguh.
Skill ponits per level: 4+int Mod.

Stats
Attack bonus: poor
High saves: will

LV Special
1 Bonus domain:charm
2 +1 effective caster level
3 overwhelming presence
4 +1 effective caster level
5 Unearthly grace

Features
Weapon and armor proficiency: none is gained.
Spellcasting: well, the table should be enough explanation for this.
Bonus domain, charm: gain the domain granted power and add all its spells to spell list.
Overwhelming presence (Su?): add class level as a bonus to all charisma-based skills.
Unearthly grace (Su): add charisma bonus as a deflection bonus to AC and as a bonus to all saving throws.

I think it's perfectly balanced and a well done class, if not underpowered. I like the idea, and the use of pre-existing mechanics instead of making up your own. Good job.

My advice is to add a 3rd caster level on at level 5.
