It is a broken PrC. We call this the Dwoemercheater.

Basically, it can cast Miracle without an XP cost or any potential drawback, at will.

In a Persistent Antimagic Field. Which he is unaffected by.

And that's on top of full cleric spellcasting, which is godawful strong as it is.

Variant builds on it have since been made, and many of them are exceedingly powerful as well (particularly the Twice-Betrayer of Shar by LordOfProcrastination). Read the thread.

Of course, Pun-Pun does it better, but that goes without saying.
