Cheerleader of the Dead

Ra! Ra! Ree! Bite off their knee!
Ra Ra Ras! Bite off their other knee!

Sure, anyone can raise the dead. But whoever consider's the dead's feelings? Don't they get lonely? Don't they get dispirited(literally)? Don't they need encouragement? This is where the the Cheerleader of the Dead steps in.

Most cheerleaders are human. Gnomes with a twisted sense of humor often make excellent cheerleaders, though

Hit Die: d6

Requirements
In order to be a cheerleader of the dead, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.
Base Save Bonus: Ref +5
Feats: Iron Will, Leadership, Skill Focus (Perform)
Spells: Must be able to spontaneously cast 3rd level arcane spells.
Special: Must make squad. Must have Bardic Music ability.

Class Skills
The cheerleader's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), and Tumble (Dex).

Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier

2nd +1 0/3/0 Desecrating Cheer

8th +6 2/6/2 Create Greater Undead
9th +6 3/6/3 Undead A-Squad
10th +7 3/7/3 Bring it On!

Class Features
The following are class features of the cheerleader of the dead prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A cheerleader of the dead gains no new weapon or armor proficiencies.
Spells Per Day/Spells Known: At each cheerleader level, the character gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if she had also gained a level in a spellcasting class to which she belonged before adding the prestige class level. She does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If the character had more than one spellcasting class before becoming a cheerleader, the player must decide to which class to add each cheerleader level for the purpose of determining spells per day and spells known.
Animate Dead (Sp): Your cheers are loud enough to wake the dead! Literally! Once per day you can animate dead as a spell-like ability whose effective caster level is the total of all her bardic spellcaster class levels. For this spell she need not supply any material components, and her Bardic abilities supply the verbal components of the spell.
Bardic Dirge (Su): A Cheerleader of the Dead's 'Bardic Music' ability can affect undead if she so chooses. Furthermore, when using her Bardic Music abilities on undead, she gains a +2 bonus to all Perform checks. However playing for the dead is not very endearing to the living and thus she suffers a -4 penalty to all Perform checks when the audience is alive.
Desecrating Cheer (Su): At 2nd level, the cheerleader begins to exert her enthusiasm over undead. When using her Bardic Music ability to affect undead, she is continuously surrounded by a 20-foot-radius of negative energy. The effect is otherwise identical to the desecrate spell (see the Player's Handbook).
Rebuke: For those times when the undead are playing on the wrong team, it's important to be able to make 'em switch sides. The cheerleader is able to rebuke undead as a cleric of her effective prestige class level. These levels stack with any other class levels that provide the rebuke undead ability.
Go Team Go! (Su): Let's admit it: undead aren't exactly the swiftest runners in the world. But that all changes when a cheerleader's on the scene! All undead affected by her Bardic Music ability gain a +10 bonus to their movement. Incorporeal undead are unaffected by this ability.
Create Undead (Sp): On attaining 5th level a cheerleader of the dead can create undead as a spell-like ability, once per day. She must still supply the requisite components, but the Verbal components are supplied by her bardic abilities. Caster level is equal to her total bardic spell caster levels.
Undead B-Squad (Su): There's no "I" in "cheerleader". Any undead created through the create undead class feature are automatically under her control (no Rebuke check needed). However she is still limited in the number of HD of undead she can command.
Painful Cheer (Su): It may not sound good to the other team, but she knows her boys love it! All undead under the affect of her Bardic Music abilities gain fast healing 2. This ability is in addition to any other effects gained through her Bardic Music ability.
Create Greater Undead (Sp): On reaching 8th level a Cheerleader of the Dead can create greater undead as a spell-like ability 1/day. She must still supply the requisite material components, but like her create undead ability she uses her bardic abilities as the verbal components. Effective caster level is equal to her total bardic spell caster levels.
Undead A-Squad (Su): All undead created through her create greater undead class feature are automatically under her control (with no Rebuke check needed). However, she is still limited in the number of HD of undead she can command.
Bring It On! (Su): The Cheerleader's in the top of her form and the prime of her (un)life! She doubles the effective number of HD of undead she can control through her Rebuke, animate dead, create undead, or create greater undead abilities. In addition, any Rebuke checks are with a +4 bonus.

I love it, it's hilarious! And I can actually see this appearing in some campaign somewhere too.

if the cheerleader of the dead should sub the cheerleader, she may treat the cheer' on abilities as if they were bardic music, thus means cheerleader of the dead abilities affect cheer' on abilities too, as if they were bardic music ability, but not the other way round. this may be extreme havoc, since a bard-cheerleader may sing while cheering move dependant, making it a good sub-choice. note that only competence modifiers are enhanced by improved and supreme cheer' on and only for cheer' ons.

Pure genius. :D

Believe it or not, this PrC will actually find place in one of my future campaigns, mostly centered in a undead-ruled city. :P

That is great I have to play it just got to find a DM that will let me play one.
The class it's self is not unbalanced, but in a majorly undead game very powerful. I think that the once per turn create undead is a little on the unbalancing side. But the only class I created was woefully under powered.

Thank you for the compliment. :D
However the class can actually only use it's create undead and create greater undead ability 1/day.

I like it, but i could be a good idea to give the undead an extra move action as long as they can see/hear the cheerleader (to help and make those zombies more cheerfull)

i laughed

I'd make Undead Empathy either a pre-req or a class feature, but otherwise neat.
