In order to understand that i will ask who wins who in here: -psion vs arcane (wiz or sor) - psion warrior vs warrior....isnt the psion warrior to much powerful? ok,it may have less HD but thats the only difference. They get everything an warrior gets plus the psi powers. They just dont have that much life but thats nothing compared to the powers they get

Warriors are supposed to be weak, they are an NPC class, but they do have a better Base Attack Bonus. if you're comparing Psychic Warriors to Fighters,.... Fighters have a larger hit die Fighters get more Bonus feats Fighters Get Weapon Specialisation Fighters have a better Base Attack Bonus, something that is often neglected. To Barbarians. Barbarians have Barbarians have a larger hit die Barbarians get more skill points Barbarians have a better Base attack bonus Barbarians have rage, Uncanny Dodge, Etc Rangers: More skill points Stealthy Better Reflex Saves Better Base Attack Bonus

They just dont have that much life but thats nothing compared to the powers they get Lower BAB, lower HP, less feats, multi-attribute dependency. Stuff like that balances them out. Between a psion and a wiz/sorc it really depends. In a straight duel the psion would probably win, but wouldn't be able to do anything else that day. In a game-play situation they're pretty much equal.
Jaid 07-14-05, 12:47 PM	i'd say for both of them it's about the same... the psion would defeat the wizard/sor, because the psion is much better at burning mass quantities of energy in short amounts of time. similarly, the psychic warrior is also much more capable of doing crazy things to be powerful for a short period of time. i would probably give this feat to whoever can run the fastest (that is, if the fighter can get away from the psychic warrior, he can come back 5 minutes later and beat the crud out of the psychic warrior. if not, the psychic warrior would probably win, IMO). however, as has been noted, in both situations the psychic character would be totally drained afterwards. which is not good if you are likely to get into another encounter that day.
