Church Inquisitor and Dispel checks ? [Archive] - Wizards Community

I have 2 questions:
1) Does the +4 to all dispel checks granted by the inquisition domain allow you to go over the +10 (resp. +20) limit of dispel magic (resp. greater dispel magic).
2) Is there a limit to the caster level check when using the Inquisitor's force shapechange ability ? (it says, as dispel magic, does that include the limit ?).
