It states that when they "see" an illusion they get a immediate will save to see through it but would this include invisibility?

I'm more in favor of saying depends on the situation. Invisibility is an illusion spell and may be affected. Invisibility due to other reasons (such as (super)naturally invisible) will not be affected by this ability.

12-22-07, 05:31 PM I think we are referring to illusion spells that have a save to disbelieve. Since invisibility does not have that kind of save it is unaffected by the Inquisitors ability. ;)
