Class that can turn fiends? [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-13-07, 09:06 PM I was wondering if there was any class or prestige class that would allow my character to turn or rebuke fiends. Classes from any book are acceptable.

01-14-07, 03:49 AM There is a Planar Banishment variant on page 67 of Unearthed Arcana that allows good clerics to banish evil outsiders back to their home plane rather than turn undead.

01-14-07, 03:56 AM Knight of the Chalice (Complete Warrior) is what you're looking for.

It's a class that was designed for fighting fiends. Amongst plenty of other abilities, they have the "Censure Demon" ability, which works fairly similar to a Turn Undead, except against demons. The class requirements are easy to meet with Fighter/Cleric, straight Paladin or Paladin/Fighter.
