| klode_me08-21-05, 10:50 AM | i am thinking of becoming an air mephling, what is good classes/PrC choices. |
| Kurama Youko08-21-05, 10:56 AM | there was a prestige class for people who could fly naturally or magically in a dragon magazine i forget what it was, it was basically a fighter type class though. Werent you just about to play a Favored Soul who wanted to become a Lich or Dry Lich also? There is also the Stormtalon Prestige Class, a Fighter Type Prestige Class that enhances the flying abilities of Raptorans, of course you have to be a Raptoran to qualify for it. |

| Kurama Youko08-21-05, 01:09 PM | So let me get this straight there are no deserts in your DM's world? The abilities of the template aren't desert dependant. The ability to make undead without expensive material components is crap? A 5d6 touch attack usable at will is crap? the ability to create a sand golem without wasting a feat is crap? Creating a drought everywhere you go for a radius of 100ft centered on you is crap? Anyway its not for me you judge you or your DM. Yes 10ft with perfect manuverability is okay. However out of all the creatures who grant the fly ability naturally, there are still feats that grant better manuverability and they generally have a faster fly speed. :) Good luck on whatever character you decide. |
| klode_me08-21-05, 01:46 PM | if i get into a storm what then? to say it straight i still want to be it, i am just comparing. BTW. do my fast healing always work because of the greater drought ability? |
| Kurama Youko08-21-05, 02:54 PM | If you get caught in any water source then you take 2d4 points of damage a round. Yes I would say you get your fast healing because of Greater Drought. Your presence raises the tempture to Sever Heat Condition if it wasnt already a desert like climent already, if it was then it gets even worse. there are also spells I believe that can transform a landscape into desert like places as well. |
