| Manyfist08-15-05, 01:55 AM | Well as you guess It's my campaign and it's mostly Psionic, and with a Few Incarnum to spice it up. No Wizards, Sorcerers, Cleric, Druids, and all other Arcane and Divine Classes except for (Warlock, and Hexblade). |

When any telepathy power is manifested on a wilder of 5th level or higher, the manifester of the power must the number of power point equal to the Wilder's level, more than he otherwise would have spent. The extra cost is a natural part of that power’s cost. It does not augment the power; it is simply a wasted power point. If the extra cost raises the telepathy power’s cost to more points than the manifester has remaining in his reserve, the power simply fails, and the manifester exhausts the rest of his power points. Elude Touch (Ex): Starting at 2nd level, a wilder’s intuition supersedes her intellect, alerting her to danger from any Attack. She gains a deflection bonus to Armor Class against all attacks equal to her Charisma bonus. Note: This Bonus may never go over her HD. Adding Skills: Disguise Self (Cha), Diplomacy (Cha), Survival (wis). Psychic Enervation (Ex): Pushing oneself by invoking a wild surge is dangerous. Immediately following each wild surge, a wilder may be overcome by the strain of her effort. The chance of suffering psychic enervation is 10%. A wilder who is overcome by psychic enervation is dazed until the end of her next turn and loses a number of power points equal to her wilder level. | Xeven the Mighty08-19-05, 01:48 AM | Seems like a very mental game (pun intended). I hope you're prepared for the power these guys will wield. They'll be slinging powers like crazy. Every fight will be a mental battle first, and if there's anyone left standing it'll be like a Chinese knife fight (no offense to any of the Chinese posters. I mean it as a compliment... sort of). |

Lol. Yeah It will be a very metal inspired game, I like psionics and it has a great system. I wanted to make the Feel that you can go all crazy with your powers. Since many of the NPCs will be using Psionic Classes, why not let the PCs duke it out with some one of their lvl. :D I was never a contender for the NpC classes. Should check the Campaign board thing, I posted a Quick description of the Time line. I am going for Huge power here, by the time most are Epic, they'll wish they'd had these. ;) |

| Raelifin10-08-05, 03:56 AM | Wow. I'm sorry but I just lost all respect for Callirhoë. I mean, you would need to reconfigure the entire balance of the game. It just seems like the HP to power level of the characters is totally shot. Just... ouch. Sorry if this isn't constructive enough. If you want, I can go into detail on why this is bad. P.S. I had no idea you posted a Classes of Callirhoë thread! :D Great minds think alike. |

I had no idea you posted a Classes of Callirhoë thread! :D Great minds think alike. I boosted the powerup on everything, I was thinking about using the Darksun's Classes. Well I'd wanted to keep the go against a Psion, your going to be hurting feel. The world will be more like DarkSun, except everyone is going have 'some' chance of winning. I took out Wizards, Sorcerers, Clerics, Druids, Favorite Souls, Spirit Shaman, Wu Jen, and about over 1000+ Spells. That's a HUGE gap, so why not give that power to Every one? I include no NPC class villians, the NPC classes are more likely the Slaves and Slave managers or tribial people. I said that one psionic character will usally never be alone, unless you run into a unregistered Psionic Character, in which it's a crime not to register. I said about 80% of the world will lvl up with you, so you will not be wizing through unless you go up against one the 2% 'Unbeatables', in which you'll be crying to your mommy when they throw Divine, Arcane, and Psionics at you (Archivist, Wizard, and Psion or Favorite Soul, Sorcerer, and Wilder) yet only 3 people in the entire World weilds that much power. I would scrap all this if Sztanny hurries up and makes Ultimate Psion. |
| Raelifin10-08-05, 01:57 PM | ...I said about 80% of the world will lvl up with you... What does this mean anyhow? The power level of the world is always equal to the PCs? |
| Manyfist10-14-05, 05:04 PM | What does this mean anyhow? The power level of the world is always equal to the PCs? I like to put it this way. 5% Aristocrats (High Lvls, If you're lucky and defeat an Aristocrat, your in. High Miltary, God Kings, Royal Family, Gix, Harm, and other High Psionic Characters ((60+)) 80% Middle Class (Middle Ranks in Miltary, Average Psionic Characters, Mercanaries, Bounty Hunters, Major Criminals...etc.) 15% Scum (Low Criminals, Slaves, Fresh Recruits, Most Tribal People outside the City...etc.) Lets say you're lvl 5, 15% Will be lvls 1-4, 80% Will be 5-20, 5% 21+ You might face a Slave at lvl 5, you'll whip some major ass. Maybe at lvl 5 you can put down a slave rebellion, because the Higher Ups don't see the Slave rebellion. So a Middle Class person sees it as his/her way of making up in the world and hires you to put down that Scummy Rebellion. Shoul you accept, lets say you lvl to 6, and He/She thanks you for a job well done, reputation goes up. So more and more people will come and try to kill you for their own promotion...etc. 80% of the Time you're dealing with some one of = Lvl or = HD. The fastest way to get fame, riches, and become the bad arse you wanted is to join a group of Friends, Strangers...etc. With the same intrest as you, and move your way up. Of course a major key in this is that, backstabbing IS allowed as long you don't get caught... :D |
| Raelifin10-14-05, 05:40 PM | Why not just say it's a high power level campaign? PCs always end up fighting things that are "challenging" anyway. And 80% is between 5-20? That’s kinda vague. |
| Manyfist10-16-05, 05:52 PM | Why not just say it's a high power level campaign? PCs always end up fighting things that are "challenging" anyway. And 80% is between 5-20? That’s kinda vague. I did say it's High power campaign. 80% of the entire world is between the lvls of 5-20, 5% of the Entire World is going to be 21+, and the rest is going to be 1-5. Slavery isn't a big thing, for why have some one else do it when you can do it alot better and quicker? It's going to be challangeing for the reasons of the Obvious. If 80% of the people you meet are going to be your lvl, and chances are that they have several friends, so if you **** off one person you might **** off 10 people. ;) Think as the world like FR Drow mixed with Elder Scrolls Morrowind. Guilds are set up to help train the people to weed out the weak, and bring up the strong. Guild wars are uncommon in the Capitals, but out side the Huge Metropolis Guerilla Warfare between Two or more Guilds are common. The Miltary sends 'squads' to deal with certin tasks if the War happens to interfear with Miltary operations. Senario: If a Schlange Airship Captin (Nomad) is moving several crates of Ardarmiger across Prato, by airship, and all the sudden they're attacked by the Conlegium del Pugio (Guild of the Dagger). The weapons are for the guild war between Conlegium del Pugio, and Conlegium de las Incruentus (Guild of the Bloodless), so the Captian yells to his friend a Schaf (telepath) to tell Headquaters that Pugio and Incruentus to put a stop to the War. The Schaf sends it, the three Bär (wilders) officers on board blast away at the Pugio Airship. The miltary safely lands, at destination, yet the Pugio aren't so lucky. In the aftermath one Bär died, along with 3 Prima, and 2 Corporale. The Bär is given an grand funeral while the Primas and Corporales are given to the Necromancer to create flesh golems out of. |

| Manyfist10-30-05, 02:55 AM | EDIT: I did some remodeling on the classes here. They're less powerful than originally, and have a little more power than normal WOTC classes. Ranger and Rogue are done, Paladin is Gone and is replaced by the Soulborn, The Soulknife is in the Works, and lastly a new class will be introduced soon. |
| truem0tard11-24-05, 12:58 PM | despite the fact that my anti-psionic dm wants to rip your head off for making "jedi" characters, thank you for DE-RETARDIFYING the psychic warrior. seriously, the base class in the book sucked monstrously.
