doppelganger 07-27-07, 02:30 PM	I'm going to be playing in a game whose DM is known to frquently use energy drain (mostly undead, sometimes spell casters) and ability loss and drain. What classes and combinations of classes offer immunity or resistance to these three attack types? I've been eyeing the Skullclan Hunter from the Miniatures Handbook, but I'm curious as to what else is out there. Can you guys help me out?
Istaran 07-27-07, 03:48 PM	Magic of Incarnum - Incarnate has a soulmeld that offers resistance to ability damage (and ability drain with the right bind at higher levels). However, I have yet to figure out how to make pure Incarnate a viable class, so it may be best to use Shape Soulmeld and pull this one meld into a totemist build or something. I'm sure someone will recommend a better choice, though that's the only one I recall seeing.
