If a cleric woships the creation domain and gets the +1 caster level bonus, does that apply to all spells he casts from the conjuration school or only ones that have the word, "Create" in it?

You cast conjuration (creation) spells at +1. Creation is a subschool. It will have the line [Conjuration (creation)] in it at the top.

Creation gives +2 to all creation subgroup spells, and while the cleric doesn't get many of the spells (atleast not offensive ones). You could always multiclass and get the bonus to wizards spells.

Personally, I played a gnome wizard that went into the techsmith PRC, which gives you free creation domain. I casted some wicked Acid Arrows...

That's the SRD creation domain, the spell compendium (the correct one) is +1.

They really need to release more stuff under OGL, even a few pages per book >.<
