Where can I find everything about the domains & deities of Toril?
The only DnD game I know so far is NeverwinterNights, the domains are not very good there and deities have no place at all (okay, you can choose a deity but this as no effect, neighter on your domain choice nor on the game in general).

If you liked Neverwinter Night, you should try this website. It really makes NWN a lot more fun. Although it takes a while to download and set it up.

Forgotten Realms Campaign Source Book
Faiths and Dieties
Player's Guidebook to Faerun

thos are the official sources. Or you can google, and get results like....

http://www.roleplaying-online.com/pguide/deities.asp (this one happens to be a NWN online game site with a deity list)

http://toril.info/ (you'll need to scroll down a bit to find the links, but it has lists of lots of deities)

http://www.geocities.com/rtrmdnd/gods.html (A Huge list here)

Click here for the DnD3.5 SRD. The rules on Domains are here. (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/article/srd35)

Basically it's like this.

If you are a cleric, you get to pick a deity. Then you must select 2 domains form the list of domians that the deity has. For example, The Begger God has the following domains, Begging Domain, Suffering Domain and Greed Domain. As a 1st level cleric of the Begging God, you get to choose 2 out of the 3 domains from that list.

At every spell level, you get a unique spell slot called a 'Domain Slot'. This Domain Slot is only for you to prepare a domain spell (which means you have to choose 1 out of the 2 domains spell every spell level to prepare).

You also benefit from the Domain Powers that you choose.

For FR specific look at Faiths and Pantheons or the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting for the rules about domains check out the Player's Handbook or the SRD as pointed out above.
