A 1st-level cleric, regardless of species, knows every single 1st level cleric spell, and every single cleric orison. A 1st-level cleric may cast 3 orisons per day, plus one 1st-level spell, plus one 1st-level domain spell. A high ability score can provide additional 1st-level spells (not additional orisons or domain spells), as shown on this page (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/basics.html). Domains are detailed in the spell-list section just after the cleric list (PHB 3.0: pp. 162-166)
