I am currently playing in an eberron game, and trying to find some cool cleric PrC's for a secondary character. I am planning on trying to use the saint template (BoED). I was originally thinking about doing radiant servant of pelor, but not sure if I would be too useful other than healing. Any favorite classes people like to use when playing a cleric?

If you're playing in an Eberron setting and your cleric worship the good pantheon (as a whole), then I would definitely advise the new prestige class in Faiths of Eberron.

Getting in only requires you to be a 5th lvl cleric w/ maxed out "Knowledge: Religion" and 1 new feat from the book. The feat has no pre-req other than worshiping the good pantheon and lets you cast any of your spells w/out the need for a divine focus. You also can't worship any specific deity of the good pantheon, but instead the good pantheon in general (details in the book).

The prestige class (9th lvls long) causes you to lose 2 caster lvls, but grants +9 extra domains known. At the levels where you don't get a caster increase, you instead get an additional domain spell slot to use.

Basically the absolute best Cleric PC I've ever seen is from the Expedition into Castly Ravenloft, called Knights of the Raven, which has Ful Base Attack, Cleric Saves, and +1 Divine Spells at all but 1st level,, the Sun Domain, and many unique class features, not unlike the movie, The Crow. The only two problems I see with it is that, 1.), no Spellcraft as a class skill, which they probably left of on accedent, (they have Religion, Nature, and Concentration), and 2.) it does not list what armor and weapon porfifiencies they gain, probably should be All Simple and Martial Weapons, All Armor, and Shields, (except Tower). If you want to know the features, write me back on that.

I would look in the Faiths of Eberreon book, pretty good things in there.

I opened this thread to suggest the Radiant Servant prestige class. While you said that it "wouldn't be too useful other than healing", take another look. It is one of the only prestige classes than gives not only full spellcasting progresssion, but also full turning progression. Against undead, a Radiant Servant is a force to be reckoned with, thanks to his extra greater turning class feature; virtually every time he successfully turns an undead creature, it is destroyed outright. His positive energy burst ability is great when dealing with a large swarm of weaker undead. Couple that with a bonus domain and a few other goodies, and you've got yourself a very attractive prestige class.
