Lets say, for example, that a cleric had the fire domain.

Now, those fire creatures he can command, is that in addition to the undead that he can command or are they both part of the same pool?

Regarding Divine Feats (for example Divine Might, which allow you to add your CHA to damage), only Turn/Rebuke Undead count, not turn/rebuke anything else.
