Is anyone aware of a decent prestige class suitable for a cleric-rogue?

From what i've seen, no. However if you want i can create one. BTW this should be in the PRC boards.

the Miniatures Handbook has one that you almost have to be one to get into. It is a Skullclan Hunter. It makes you really good at hunting undead. You might want to go for Temple Raider of Oldomra in I belive Song and Silence.

Temple Raider of Olidammara is indeed found in Song and Silence and is, at the moment the closest thing to a cleric/rogue prestige I can think of.

The Divine Seeker, found in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting, might also interest you.

Also a cleric with the travel and trickery domains and the cosmopolitan feat, perhaps even with a level or three of rogue, can do just fine in game.

Finally, I believe there is a homebrewed "Divine Trickster" floating around these boards somewhere.

Arcane trickster works just fine.
-Cleric5/Assassin5/Arcane Trickster10 (Snow Savant)
-Rogue1/Ninja1/Cleric7/Nar Demonbinder1/Arcane Trickster10 (funny slaughter)

As long as you can find a way to get the arcane spells to qualify, the 3.5 AT can increase divine spells.

The first version gets 8d6 SA and 15th-level cleric casting. The second gets 7d6 SA but 17th-level casting. If the Rokugan Ninja is unavailable, take rogue3/cleric6 in the second build (unfortunately, no 9th-level spells). Take Trickery as your domain, and take Magical Training (FR) to get Mage Hand as a spell-like ability if necessary. Cosmopolitan (Move Silently) might be necessary for the assassin build; not sure abou that.

Nar Demonbinder can be found on the website as a preview for Unapproachable East, and the Ninja is a free download (search for "Rokugan" "Ninja"). Cosmopolitan and Magical Training are in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting.

Check the Character Optimization Board (in sig) for a recent thread on the topic, with a link to a bigger thread where I got the builds from.

Temple raider is a rogue class. You don't need cleric levels to get it.

You could maybe ask your DM if you could use a modified version of the Arcane Trickster class. Swap out some abilities for others and such.
