Welcome to COCO: the COre COliseum!

Let me show you the purpose of this board. Here you can test pcs. The COre COliseum is there to test core pcs with core rules, in a predefined arena; but nothing prevents you from creating other threads in this board with your own rules! In this case, please add the "SETUP" word at the end of your setup post, with which you look for players, so that readers may identify the purpose of your thread.

The COre COliseum directions:
Below there are the rules and the FAQ.
You may find the roster and the other gladiators in the Gladiators sticky thread.
You may read examples of previous fights in the Fights sticky.
Ask questions about the rules in this thread: the COliseum Elders will happily reply!
Any discussion about the rules or the fights should instead be posted in the board, using a clear thread title.

To fight, post a pc in the Gladiators sticky! :fight!:

[list=1] Where does this board originate?
It once was a lonely thread in the Character Optimization board. Moherajikuyx created it after seeing the debacle of more than one non-core arena. This one instead became a board all of itself: seems it was the right way! ;)
Why is this thread Core only?
The workload of the dms - Pitlords, here - when they have to check a core character is already incredible.
With non core stuff, it grows exponentially and this caused the failure of quite some arenas. If you want to try, you're welcome, you've got a whole board where you can have fun! (And I'll join too ;))
Why do you use the Pitlords login for some posts?
Because this way GMs may modify the roster, pairings, FAQ and so on: I go on holidays sometimes too! :)
This way, GMs have a nice, neutral login where they may edit stuff without anyone protesting.
Why are pre-buffs allowed only for spells with a min. 16 hour duration?
For a balancing factor. This lets the Extended Spell feat useful, and 24 h min makes it difficult to have mage armour from scratch, which from past experience in other threads is quite frustrating for fighters. This rule is under beta testing, though: if prebuffs are unbalancing, they will removed totally.
Do i have to post the whole tactics of the character or the
generic? Do i have to post the tactics? By Nikademus
You have to post default tactics under your build.
When you'll know your pairing, for your next match, you'll have to post here or mail to the dm a "personalized" tactic, best suited for your enemy.
This way, you shall have your best tactic used if you send it, and if once you forget to send the tactics to the dm, he will have something to work with. If you didn't post the default tactic, the dm will probably run your pc in a silly way just to make the arena have fun.
