We've all read up on the many aspects and I am sure that most know about tattoos. The scriber of the tattoo sets the manifester level, so it can be above what is needed to activate the power. Now, it stands within reason that a tattoo can actually have an augmented power, right? Can a Psionic Tattoo have an augmented power?

Quote from the ExPH: "The manifester level of a psionic tattoo is the minimum level required to manifest the scribed power." I'm pretty sure this would mean that augmented tatoos don't exist.
