Kitaki 11-30-06, 02:22 PM	So does he not know she is a cleric Elistree? If not the Drow will still find him guilty by association, Drow are fun that way. But that can help with character development, make him resentful, it's not like it's his fault he didn't know, he is blind.
id331 11-30-06, 03:12 PM	you misunderstand He was blinded for being asscociated with her then they were thrown into the lower underdark to try to survive on their own the campaign will take place in the underdark teh game is about trying to reach the surface
Kitaki 11-30-06, 06:10 PM	Oh, ok. Well it still stands, you are associating with a cleric of Elistree and in most Drow cities you would be killed on sight. Maybe you were just in the wrong place at the wrong time, you could simply have been in an inn sitting near her and when the guards came to take her away they thought u were an accomplice. It would allow you to develop your relationship with the cleric in game.
Teflon Jeff 11-30-06, 06:36 PM	Hmm, try this on for size... Lesser born male from a now-extinct house, who hired himself out as an independent merc. He happened to get hired by the wrong lady, that being the female cleric. She is being ostracized because she is out of favor with Lloth, no one knows she is an eilestreean yet. So she is "judged" to be thrown into the Lower Underdark, as a test. She manages to somehow get you involved, and voila!
Fithero 12-01-06, 10:23 AM	Ok, give us a little more info on your character. He is blind, then how is he able to survive? Im all for blind adventurers... but 2 1st lvls, one of them blind... wandering around the lower underdark? It seems bit out there unless he has some sort of blind sight/sense or something... As for the other character, how tight do you want them to be at the start of the game? Are they close friends, lovers, or do you want their relations ship to be something that forms over the course of the game? As a side note, one that could bring up some interesting role playing opportunities. What alignment is your drow and what god does he follow? Peace
