Title pretty much says it all....well, not really.

The stats are 10, 9, 10, 12, 16, 18
The domains are Planning and Trickery
The diety is Boccob
The general direction of the feats is Positive Energy Specialist (Persistent Spell)
The general direction of the skills is party spokesman
The build will be entirely cleric, with perhaps a one level dip into Contemplative for the Magic domain.

I made this character to fill a role in a group and I've got no backstory for him. I'm looking for general suggestions...I randomly generated him a name, though...

It's Trahand Taletreader.

Trahand Taletreader? Looks like a name for a bard? For aasimars, I usually see two general backgrounds:
1) He is from a very noble familly, where everyone tryes to keep the "divine blood" the purest possible. It's common for members of his familly to be cleric, paladin, or at least aristocrat.
2) The character doesn't know his origins. He knows he has some strange abilities, but he doesn't know why. Neither his mother or his father (or the ones he think are his parents) have those abilities. His surronding could be slightly criminal, he is somewhat drawn to do good and help others. Seeking to know more about himself, he flees this environment and joins a temple (in this case, a temple of Boccob).

I think the second background is better for your character. YOu could start with a bard level to represent his strange past, and then continue as a cleric. You loose a caster level (in fact, two with the ECL), but you gain some skill points that you can spend in knowledge skills, trickery domain skills, and peform: storytelling (to go with the name).

I had thought that the last name of "Taletreader" would be a given name he had earned once his parents had learned he was an aasimar...kind of like he is one who TREADS through TALES.

My development issues are:

- Why would an aasimar worship Boccob?
- Is he at peace with his outsider nature?

I've been playing him as a bit of a reluctant leader, but I could change that. I am just really at a loss about this character....his feats, domains, and stats don't click into a solid personality for me....
