While both his brothers were content to join the local militia, Adrias took up his father's vocation at the tender age of 15 and became a carpenter as well. While he wasn't the best at his trade in the city, he eventually became one of the more famous due to his beaming personality and guarantee to stop in personally to repair any defects in the furniture. Through all of this, he discovered his knack for helping others and creating things of usefulness. Sadly though, he couldn't mend his mother's crippling disability which left her homebound. It wasn't until the age of 20 that he heard and took genuine interest in the Lathanderite troupe which came to his part of the world every so often. it was at one of their sermons where he met Harmon Yeon, the head priest that spoke to him of the rejuvenating and inspirational effects of becoming a cleric of the Morninglord. And so, Adrias decided then to join the ranks of the divinely focused and augment his studies with his carpentry career. He still is as dedicated before to brightening people's days, and carries the hope that one day he can restore his mother's legs. --- My question to you all is, what motivations for adventuring in addition to those above can I add to him?

Amurmur_In_The_Shadows 01-28-07, 04:16 PM	You said that his brothers joined the militia, so maybe if another player is willing having him play as your brother, and have his motivation be that he joined up with his brother at the behest of his mother. Alternatively, a brother could have joined a adventuring party, left home, and hasn't been seen or heard of, so again at the wish of his mother, he joins an adventuring party in hopes of finding his brother.
