Hello all. I'd like some opinions about the history of my FR Gray Elf Wizard.

Born in a usual elven family, Aerzis Enórion was always premature, his keen intellect and quick hand helping him in his "adventures". He had a pretty happy childhood in Evermeet... until the drow came. That day, the children were sent to local wizard's tower, the safest place in the small village, while their parents uselessly tried to defend the ones they loved. When the last survivors were surrounded in the center of the village, they formed a circle around the wizard, who used one kind of magic elves dislike: necromancy. With the consent of the other elves, he used the spirits of the dead to power the spell that would teleport the children to one of his apprentice's house, in Halruaa. There, the children were cared for, and the ones with aptitude to magic were instructed and became wizards. There, Aerzis also learned to worship the Master of Mages, Azuth. Then, one day, they went back to Evermeet: they drove back the drow, the hatred provoked by the death of their family powering their spells and arrows. The drow, catched by surprise, couldn't retaliate and were decimated. After the massacre, they went back to Halruaa, since the years passed there made it their home. Aerzis was sent with her master and some other apprentices of miscellaneous races to spy on the returned Archwizards of Netheril. There, he completed his training, and he started helping his master in more important things, until the day they were caught. He watched helplessly as his master was tortured, and gaped in awe as his master wouldn't break. The tortures ended giving up, but as soon as they turned, Master Timodomeus cast a paralyzing spell at them. Then, he freed his apprentices, and told them to follow him as he started running. When they got far from the torture room, Master Timodomeus started casting a teleporting spell. All was going well, until he was shot with a crossbow. The pain didn't disrupt the spell, but instead of them all being teleported to Halruaa, they all were teleported into different parts of the continent. All, unless for the master, who died trying to drive back the Shade. Aerzis winded up on Cormyr, where he met Sir Danatar, an aasimar paladin of Torm, Kilay Likuragi, also and aasimar cleric of Lathander, Lennehem, a lone moon elven fighter, and other people with whom he now travels.

whew, long story. btw, i'm not english so if there is some errors I let slip I apologize. Also, besides comments on the story, I'd like to know which alignment would this character be? I thought about LN.

The history that you wrote out sounds pretty good to me... I also think that LN would be a good alignment for this character.

Nice work
