But my character, Jebbedo Nackel, stumbled into an area where a wizard was expirementing and POOF!, he had white hair, white skin, and very pale blue eyes. Here is where I get stuck. I want him to be banished from his homeland, or at least lose all possible contact with the place, but why would he be banished? Why would he, how could he lose contact? Here is some background info on Jebbedo Nakel: He is Clumsy, He loves inventing stuff, He is a bard, He can write very good music, and sing/play it, He is smart, He is supossed to become friends with the wizard. |

| Fatalis_90204-07-07, 08:21 AM | Yes, albinos do typically have red eyes, just look at white rabbits, or mice. Or an albino person, if you can find one. As for why your character was banished, Random, perhaps when he returned to his home, they thought he was a ghost, and tryed to drve him away. Feeling shunned by his friends and family, he vowed never to return, and set out on his journey. |

If however he came from a clan that lived away from big cities they may not have banished him but rather simply avoided him for being different. Gnomes in many setting resemble the traditional hobbit. That is they live underground and tend to avoid the larger world and its troubles. He not only looks different but he is strange in that like his city bretheren tends to poke his nose in where it doesn't belong |
