| pullcounter10-02-07, 12:42 AM | how would you roleplay an occult slayer depending on the 9 different alignments? I'm having problems resolving the "hates spellcasters" and the "mortals are too irresponsible to wield magic (divine and arcane)" with the 9 different alignments. here's what I think... lawful good: I think this character hates all spellcasters but will tolerate, and be suspicious of good spellcasters for the good of society. She believes that eventually all spellcasters will be corrupted with power, but will not act unless a spellcaster breaks the law. neutral good: I think this character tries hard not to hate spellcasters but deep down she distrusts all spellcasters. She makes token gestures to keep the peace. She is in constant conflict with herself about her hatred of spellcasters. chaotic good: I think this character hates all spellcasters and will have nothing to do with spellcasters even good ones. He will leave spellcasters alone as long as they don't get in his way. lawful neutral: I think this character hates all spellcasters and deals with spellcasters according to the Occult Slayer's code. neutral: I think this character hates all spellcasters but believes that spellcasters are necessary and a balance between spellcasters and non-spellcasters should exist. chaotic neutral: I think this character hates all spellcasters and deals with spellcasters according to how they deal with him personally. lawful evil: this character hates spellcasters and uses the law to persecute and prosecute spellcasters. neutral evil: this character hates spellcasters and use whatever means available to kill all spellcasters. chaotic evil: this character hates spellcasters and will try and kill spellcasters on sight or whenever possible. |
