Is there a D&D book at contains not only a charactor sheet, but a discription/page reference of each individual entry on the sheet, without haveing to read the book cover to cover, only to forget a page for every two pages read.....

Am I makeing sence?

No, not really.

I think you can gain info about the character sheet in the 3.0 Player's Handbook. I don't know why exactly you would, most of the things are pretty self explanitory. If you don't know what a feat is you can look in the glossary or the index.

And you don't need to read the book cover to cover, you might want to, just to get the gest of it, but it's there for the reference. I can remember chunks of the book that I have used often, but I don't always remember the rules for grappling and I look those up when it comes into play.

While it seems they give us the option to delete posts, they are in fact, just mocking us. The only people who can delete posts are the higher powers (AKA mods)

Restate your question so we can better understand what it is you are asking.

What I think is meant, is that there is a character sheet with each box filled in not with the statistic or ability, but with the page number on which you'd find the rule. Thus, it would be a PHB-index, but with the index set out in the layout of a character sheet.

While there is nothing like this (other than the opening pages of the 3.0 PHB), there is nothing to stop you doing it yourself. Take a blank character sheet, write "INDEX" in big letters at the top, and then start filling it in as you go. If you don't need it, don't fill it in, but each time you do, and it is not there, then when you do find the rule, make a note of the page number.
