Arazarim Darest And Eric Stoneheart

Arazarim Darest, who's name means Blood King of the Burning Cavern is the first BBEG of my all drawf campaign. He's a Lawful Evil Warlock who's worshiped by a small cult of Duergar and Mountain Dwarf Psychic Warriors.
I'm working of putting a good amount of character into him(he'll reappear sometimes during the campaign aswell)

Arazarim Darest :mage:
LE Warlock 9
Str 8, Dex 10, Con 14, Wis 12, Int 16, Cha 16
Notable Feats: Stone Sense, Stone Adept, Stone Master
Noteable Possessions: Orb of the Volcano

Description: Before you, you see an increadably handsome dwarf his face clothes in a golden beard and his hair long, golden and shoulderlength. His eyes are a deep copper and a wicked smirk crosses his face, he clothed in a green leather leather clothes, and glint of golden chainmail shows glinting when he moves.
History: "Arazarim Darest", the Blood King of the Burning Cavern, or at least that was the DSF(Dwarven Security Force) calls him however they only know him by the string of gastly murders that have been occuring for the last ten years. In truth Arazarim Darest is Nalel Helcral(Which means Honored Warrior of the God's Halls) the head of his clan ever since his father was murdered by the "Blood King" and has since lead his clan into fame and glory. The Helcral Clan's success was due to the fact that they were the only clan ready to defend against a mass drow invasion that took place a few mounths before the campaign starts, all the warriors from the other clans that make up the Cobalt Mountain Dwarves became mysteriously sick on the day of the invasion. Little else is known about the man Nalel Helcral, he seems to keep to himself for the most part only appearing to bolster his people into action against the local Drow communities rumor has it that Nalel Helcral has started a sort of "secret police" to root out any spies. Dwarves that might betray their brothers for the gold of the Drow kingdom.
Noteable Characteristics: Speaks slowly, calls his followers "Bromne" in the local comminity this is slang for "Blood Brother" so it doesn't often raise suspicion.

Eric Stoneheart on the otherhand is a rival adventurer, he's a human stoneblessed, and for that matter the only human in the entire campaign(besides possibly a PC). Eric will be a reaccuring character throughout the campaign so I think I should develop him in at least as much detail as the PCs are.

Eric Stoneheart :duel:
LG Swordsage 2, Stoneblessed 3
Str 18, Dex 14, Con 16, Wis 16, Int 10, Cha 8
Noteable Feats: Desert Wind Dodge, Desert Fire, Stone Power
Noteable Possessions: Torch of the Stoneheart, Desert Wind

Description:The man before you stands well above the dwarves surronding him, the musclar young man is clad in red and white he wears a silver chain shirt over his clothes, a scimatar hangs on his right side, a battle axe on his left a torch hangs behind his battle axe, the top of it covered by a tightly bound clothe. He has rich red hair and a light bread, contrasting to strikign blue eyes.
History:Eric Stoneheart is a nobel human who was raised amongst dwarves, his homeland was taken over by orcs and his ancestors fled beneath the hills to their dwarf allies, all attempts to reclaim the land failed and eventually the dwarves gave up and instead accepted the survivors of the take over and the reclaimation war as members or their community, thus the Stoneheart clan was born, the only known clan of stoneblessed humans. However several years later the Orcs began to invade the hills with noone to help them Eric Stoneheart, took the Torch of the Stoneheart and sent of to find aid. He entered the Cobalt Kingdom only a few weeks before the campaign started, quickly becoming known as "The Red Wind under the Blue Mountain" he is currently petitioning for the Cobalt Dwarves to send aid to the hill dwarves aswell as investigating in the deep caverns for a set of ancient tablets that are said to hold to power to awaken Desert Wind.

Notes:
The Orb of the Volcano is a minor artifact important to the campaign.
Torch of the Stoneheart is a major artifact. It is an everburning torch that is treated as a +1 Flaming Club when uses in combat, among it's other abilities.
Eric Stoneheart will take 3 level in Dwarf Paragon before returning to the Swordsage Class

Mostly help flesh out the personality bits of the characters to make them more round and seemingly real, as opposed to "Manipulating Dwarf A" and "Mysterious Hero 1"

THis has nothing to do witht he back story but I gotta ask any way, how is the human taking the dwarven paragon class?

But if he is the competeing adventurer, I would have him show up where ever the party is, sometimes before them, sometimes after. And maybe look down on them having to travel in a pack to get things done, not in a mean way but almost with pity

Thanks for the tip, and the stone blessed class lets you be treated as a dwarf(of goliath or gnome if you choose those varients) for all purposes at level 3, it's only a 3 level long class.
