I want to know are there any basic build rules available or a book that has that data in it. Also, for that matter, what books has the new character classes (like Artificer and Dread Commando) in them or were is a like to how to create an Artificer. Please let me know and thanx Daarkman |

But why follow a guide of build rules when you can also just make up your own build? If your campaign happens in Eberron, there are 3 simple concepts that in my eyes always work. First is, of course, the Dragonmarked Artificer of House Cannith. Gotta love those house controlled little buggers. You have to decide for yourself though if it is worth the levels to take a few levels in the Dragonmark Heir prestige class. Then there also is the independent Artificer. Just a simple crafter who is better in making magic items then any magewright can ever be. Seeing how House Cannith loves to have all control over magical crafting, you will have an entire house as some nice antagonists.. seeing how you want your freedom more then anything, you will never take any offer the give you. Finally, there is the Warforged Artificer aka Last War Warforged Combat Medic. Take Adamantine Body and you have a tank who can take more then any cleric and can also heal the other warforged on the front of combat. This build works best when there is a warforged tank in the party. Well, those are my personal ideas. |
