Shouldn't you provide a background that we can comment on?

It seems like you posted this on the wrong forum. I think you could go to the board "classes" for feedback on the artificer class in general or that you could go to the character optimization board to improve your artificer-build (mechanical-wise).

If it's about the background of the artificer, you should provide some things to start with. Check other threads on this forum for examples.
