Do you have any idea, what sort of person would be NN atheist cleric with Time and Metal domains? What would his philosophy be?
And in case of Moon and Metal?

Atheist cleric, eh? That's... interesting.

He's true neutral and atheistic, but he has clerical powers, so I'd think he might be a bit peeved at the religious heirarchies of his region. To his mind, those that are called "gods" are only phonies, as he can prove by duplicating their so-called "miracles" without bowing down before anyone. In fact, there is only one thing he needs to power his magical spells: a deep, almost spiritual understanding of the intricate clockwork metaphysics of the multiverse. This understanding lets him bend the rules of physics in ways that others would term "holy" magic, but he knows better. In this world, the only order is the order we impose on an infinite reality, as individuals and as a society, and a man of true inspiration can bend reality around him like warm putty. He doesn't dodge bullets; when the time comes, he doesn't have to ;-)

That would help with the "Time" part, I think... for Metal, just stick it elsewhere in his background (maybe he grew up working at an ore refinery or mine).

You could have the god/godess of Chaos, (or whatever it may be in your campaign) unknown to the character of course, grant him/her spells. That in itself seems chaotic to me.

Time, Metal and serving no god gets me a "Time Travel" (possibly Terminator-style) feeling.

Time + Metal = Clockwork

Sounds like a gnome.
