There is a guide to crossbreeds in the Book of Erotic Fantasy, but that is purely optional.

Simple rules for crossbreeding:

1. Don't do it.

2. If it must be done and is not covered by the rule books (half-elves & half-orcs), try these guides:

All common ablities are passed along to the offspring (two races with dark vision will produce children with dark vision). Differences in shared traits is averaged (dark vision 90' + dark vision 120' = dark vision 105'). Movement rates, heights, and weights are averaged as well (by gender of the offspring for each race).

Stat changes are averaged [dwarf/gnome cross breed (+2 Con, +2 Con, -2Cha, -2 Str)/2 =(+2 Con, -1 Cha, -1 Str)]. When crossbreeding with humans halve the stat changes of the other parent's race.

Each remaining racial trait not shared by both races is written down on a slip of paper and are randomly drawn from a hat or bag (the number of slips drawn is equal to 1/2 the total number of slips rounding down). For humans the "+4 skills for 1st level" and "+1 skill per level" treated as separate racial traits.

Every child of the same parents may show different abilities (grab bag draw for each child).

Languages: Crossbreed raised by both parents learn all languages spoken by either parent. Crossbreeds raised by only one parent will learn that parent's languages only. Those not raised by either parent will learn the languages and customs of those who raise the crossbreed.

Crossbreeds can only procreate with those of the same race as either of their parents or crossbreeds of the same racial make up. Those mating with a parent's race will produce children of that race (normal racial description). Those mating with similar crossbreeds will produce children under the same guides as they were created.

Only humaniod races and monsters can produce crossbreeds; with few exceptions (dragons and a few other species).

Vampires are not alive. I do not think they have reproductive capablities. Sexual capablities, yes; reproductive, no. In other words they are sterile, IMO.

Another point to note is that vampires are charged with negative energy and the angles are charged with positive, the two are mutually exclusive. as well as the not alive no reproduction mentined by briandead345

Book of Erotic Fantasy published by Valar Project, Inc, under the OGL.

The book is a bit obscure, but worth seeking out if you play with mature players who can handle such topics as sexual interactions and their consequences.

if vampires are dead how are they capable of producing spermatoza or harboring a burgeoning lifeform? this is just too confusing.

i've always wondered though if zombies could have some form of STI, that spreads like the zombie virus but instead just leaves really nasty blisters on the zombie naughty bits.

In the crystal keep arcives there is a nice folder called something to the effect of templates. I believe it's in the 3.5 that there is a half vampire. The rules for making them is a little strange if I remember correctly. Some thing about mother being turned while pregnate or magic. But any ways You just have the angel have been the one to get her that way. So take that template apply it to a human. Then Apply the half celestial template to that creature. And you have a half vampire celestial creature.

Note all of these things are much easier to do when your the dm. Only take next said advice if you and the dm are over 21 years of age. While it's hard getting some of this stuff past the dm I have noticed that a good back story and a bottle of Jack D or similiar substance helps, for the under 21 try pop or chocolate. Bribe the Dm we like that type of thing.
