Any more help you can give us?

For example, are you playing in any particular campaign setting?

Does your character have a specific motivation?

How 'bout an alignment?

I mean, I could make up something like "Tetsuro Hirobumi is a stocky, heavily built man with tanned skin and brown eyes. His straight black hair is clipped close to his head to provide enemies with less to grab onto, and several scars mar his face. He is a veteran of the Kordian Uprising, fighting on the side of the Republican Regiments to replace the secular monarchy of Onido with a theocratic republic devoted to Kord..." or some such, but the chances that what I write and what you're looking for coinciding are rather slim.

please make that a -4/-4 deduction... two bastard swords means a weapon that isnt a light weapon in off hand.. so he gets an extra -2/-2.

Also, i agree that we need a bit more idea before we can make it more interesting.

"He is a fighter who grew up very poor and was unable to fight with any *standard* weapons, so he focuses his combat abilities on very simple weapons.

The staff and sling to be exact.

He puts all his feats into improving his ability to fight with the staff and sling. People see him walking down the street wearing leather armor and walking with a stick, assuming he is a simple wanderer... but when he pulls out moves that would make any monastic master weap, they re-evaluate their opinion of him."

I agree with JulesCARV and Devlonir, we need a wee bit more info before we can be of any real help.

If he has exotic proficiency they are one handed.
He could have then taken Oversize Two-Weapon Fighting to negate the extra -2/-2 penalty for one-handed instead of light.

ok my fighter is nutral chaotic
he has 18 str so that a plus 4
his feats are two weapon fighting, exotic-weapon (b-sword), and oversized off-hand weapon

full atk +3/+3 (+4 str, +1 b.atk, -2 for two weapon fighting with a "light weapon(oversized weapon feat allows a medium weapon in the off-hand with no penalty)

Okay, here is what I have.

"Delwar has lead the life of an adventurer to its fullest. Since the very young age of 8 Delwar has been fascinated with the life of adventurers. He would would even attempt sneak into the local Inn to hear adventurers tell tales of their exploits. One night Delwar overheard a tale told by a very old, battle hardened Dwarf. The tale the Dwarf told was about a man he had seen doing battle with a whole Clan of Orcs. The dwarf claimed that the man slew over 90 orcs that day with only the two long swords he wielded. Delwar was completely amazed by this tale and immediately began to beg his father for swords so he could begin his training. Although his father could wield a sword very well, and he believed that every man should be able to defend himslef he was reluctant to give in to a childs fantasies of becoming a great adventurer. So although he would not give Delwar a real sword, he did make one from wood for him to practice with. Well this was not enough for our young aspiring adventurer, he immediately asked his father to make another mathcing sword, because he wanted to learn to wield two at once. At first a little shocked, Delwars father saw no harm in this so he made the second sword. From the second he held those two wooden swords in his hand, Delwar vowed to outdo the hero he heard about in the Inn.
Delwar practiced and practiced (sometimes until his hands bled). After only 2 years of hard work and practice, Delwars father finally agreed he could have two swords, two very real swords. his father demanded he worked to pay for them. So for 5 months Delwar worked, and toiled in order to earn the money to buy the swords. When the day came, Delwars father took him to a passing caravan and acquired two old, rusty short swords. Well of course Delwar was inherently drawn to the long swords, but he was far too little for that, the short swords would do for now. Over the next several years Delwar trained and trained. After mastering the short swords, Delwar stepped uo to the long swords and finally Bastard Swords (of course he could not stop at long swords, he had to be the best of all time and to be the best, meant to have the biggest sword)
Although the bastard swords were much larger and heavier, to wield he eventually caught on. By the time he was 16, Delwar was a very formidable adversary. Although he had never killed anyone/anything, yet....he would soon have to put his skills to the test................

Is that enough or should I go on?

You will have to let me know if you used the story. It was pretty fun to write. If you ever need any more backstories, or know someone who does, let me know.
Happy Gaming.
