Question, I am playing in an evil campaign based out of Thay, and I started off playing a Artificer, and have gone a few games with the character. The Dm is basing a few things off of my character, but overall mainly just the gathering point for what we do (He owns a mining camp).

Now I lost my character last week because I moved, so I made a new, a Tanarruk Barbarian, and we all had a blast watching me run around and try to slaughter things, and even the Cannonball I did from 50' up into a lake where a mist dragon lived.

All in all I had allot of fun playing the Arty at first, but the last 4-5 games have been pretty boring for me over all, then I started playing the Tanarruk and things were a blast, I hadn't had that much fun playing TT since the days of TFFV. But I found my Arty last night, so now I don't know what I should do.

Play the Arty or the Tanarruk?

Play whatever you enjoy more. From the sound of things, your change of characters hasn't hurt the game any. If the Tanarruk is more fun, stick with him.
