09-13-05, 08:16 PM :D Hey all! Could somebody please take a quick look at my backstory? THe campagin is in Eberron. Here it is: The Greensingers wre trying to teleport him as a child to the Material Plane, at his parents wishes. However their spell went wrong and he was teleported to the Abyss. There a Balor found him and took interest in the odd litle fairy. He then proceeded to insert a small shard of a ancient evil artifact in the fey, to see if he could convert the little one to evil. However one of the Greensingers came and took him away before the demon could see what would happen. On the material plane though odd powers are sparking within him.....

Char info
Race: Pixie or half fey (undicided)
Main class: Warlock.
Relgion: He prays to the silver flame to help him quell the evil within him.

I would be happy to elaborate on request! Please tell me what you like and what you don't. I will be waiting! :D

09-13-05, 09:22 PM Pretty cool, but remember that the powers of a warlock can come from faries aswell, so maybe his parents got rid of the demon's taint and blessed him for surviving or something like that.

09-14-05, 06:42 AM :D Thank you for responding. I like your idea, however I think having a shard of utmost evil in a creature of good could make for some interesting Role Playing. ;) Keep posting all! (btw if you want to find out more about this character go to the link in my sig!)

09-14-05, 07:56 AM Okay. I hate to burst your bubble, but Eberron has /no/ connection to the standard great wheel cosmology.

In Eberron, Thelanis is the fae court. It is often coterminous with Eberron, so your little pixie could have gotten free form theire easily enough.

As for the warlock, perhaps Thelanis and Mabar (the endless night) were coterminous (sp) at the same time in the same location. When your character came through the portal, perhaps the touch of Mabar granted him strange powers (Warlock class).

The greensinger connection is good, that makes some sense. Why they'd be calling a pixie over, I'm not so sure. That's for you to make up.

It sounds like an intersting character, at any rate. If you have trouble getting enough responses here, I might suggest heading on over to the Eberron boards.

Cheers,
