A few suggestions?
If he's a natural/born werewolf and you want him to be an outcast he might have been born with some sort of sign that his tribe/family saw as a bad omen. He might have been born in the wrong incarnation (not sure how this works with werefolk), a humanoid giving birth to pups or the other way round.

Instead of changing at the full moon he might be atuned to the new moon. (I believe, a natural werewolf is able to change at will, but that certain time a month he has to change, am I right? With people who's life is regularly dictated by the full moon this might be strange

He could have been born with a birth mark that shows as a discolored patch of fur in his wolf-form, strange eye color, or even a crippled foot/claw.
The werewolves might have seen him as unworthy or weak and have driven him away.

However, consider that the race of an natural werewolf is lycantroph from the start, if you want a human or half-elf werewolf it would mean he has been infected.
I'd would advise to check with your DM first if he'll allow a werewolf as a player character (in case you haven't done this already).

thanks for the point about the race, and i like your ideas about the marking, im thinking his tribe didnt like him because he was born to a non lycan mother, and the tribe thought him non pure, so they scar him somehow, mabye a claw mark to the eye, or such

I have a vague idea for a background/bio, i dont have a name yet, but you can mabye help me with that, a name for a man born from a werewolf tribe

Born of the union of a Werewolf and a Human Woman "insert name" was an outcast amougst his tribe. Marked inferior due to a birthdefect that caused him to lose control of his shapeshifting during the time of the new moon, he was outcast by his tribes leader, scared upon his left eye bye his own father "insert name" was outcast from his home at the age of 14, around when his shapeshifting awoke in him. Forced to roam the woods with no home or parents "insert name" happened upon a monestary of monks who took him in and trained him. Their rigourous training helping him learn control of the beast lurking inside him "insert name" thought he had finnally found a home. But much to his despair on the night of the new moon, using the very skills the monks had taught him he murdered the monks of the monestary. After discovering the horror he had committed he again went into hiding in the woods, the only true home he had ever been welcome. A animal at heart it was easy to adapt to survival of the fittest. Now using the training of his adopted family and his heritage he came to rule over his own territory in the forest. Now at the age of 17 "insert name" acted in a feral way yet with the discipline of his training. This intrigued a hidden circle of druids. In amazement of his natural ability to shift into a wolf form. They adopted him as his next new family. Learning druidic ways helped immensly with controlling the beast within. Studying with the druids for 3 years he came to near perfect control of his Lycan powers. Still control at the new moon eluded him. The druids knowing his problem came from his mortal parent told "insert name" to find his mother. Meeting her may help with the last problem from his cursed heritage. Combining the disicplines of druid and monk, and the pure raw power of being a werewolf "insert name" now roams through cities in search of his mortal mother, knowing almost nothing about her. Only retreating from his quest during the new moon, "insert name" mainly acts as a mercenary hoping a reputation and a little coin will lead him to the location of his long lost mother.

Let's think about names.

I like Shass (in my tongue it would be spoken like Sh*us*, with a sharp s.). It's a name that can be hissed ;-p.

If you need a familiy name (even if I think he wouldn't be allowed to use it after being driven away) try something that discribes a physical feature.
Sharpteeth, Quickclaw, Greyfur... I wouldn't use any combination of scar... like scarface, although it's an obvious choice.

He might have chosen a new name when he joined the moanstery and / or the druids to mark a new begining. Maybe something like the name of his mentor among the monk, first it was an idol to learn from, a new father figure, then it was to remind him of the people he slaughtered and is a memento to never do it again.

These are other ideas:
Look up the scientific names of plants: Quercus robur (English oak).
Robur is a nice name as well, might sound druidic and a werewolf has the added benifit of being able to growl that name ;-)
