I'm curious. Is your DM sticking to the following PreReq, "-must be chosen by existing drunken masters and survive night of revelry among them without being incarcerated, poisoned, or extraordinarily embarrassed."?

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking for, but here ya go.

How about this? Your drunken master isn't the typical drunk. He actually abhors alcohol. During battle in order to attune his senses he drinks a specially prepared potion or five. This potion gives your character the same effects as drinking alcohol would. Think of it this way. The potion focuses his mind into getting as much strength/reflexes out of his muscles as he can. The focusing is so demanding that over time it eventually purges rational thoughts from this mind, at least for as long as his body is focusing on getting every last drop of strength out of him.

Just give your character some ranks in craft (alchemy), or whatever they call it now a days, and ask your GM if you can mix these potions up. Make them about as expensive as a good ale. Lets say five silver for a pint of potion. The potion is made from naturally occuring stuff, so you can forage for it. Though if you happen to be in a city, just buy the stuff.
